Strengthening the Sponge City's 'Water Reservoir': PP Modular Rainwater Tank Project Advancing on Schedule

The project has successfully completed preliminary work, including site leveling and ground improvement, and has now fully entered the PP modular rainwater unit assembly and structural construction phase, with overall progress reaching 50%. In the core construction area, blue positioning lines clearly outline the rainwater collection tank on the compacted foundation. The construction team is precisely assembling our self-produced PP modular rainwater units piece by piece according to the design drawings. The completed module sections are neatly arranged, forming a regular tank prototype, with specialized sealant applied between modules to ensure subsequent waterproof performance meets standards. Surrounding auxiliary work areas are equally well-organized: pipes and fittings are stacked by specification in the storage zone, including intake pipes, outlet pipes, and filtration equipment, all covered with weatherproof tarps. Inside the temporary material warehouse, quality inspectors are conducting secondary reinspections on PP modules scheduled for installation, verifying that each unit's compressive strength and environmental indicators comply with standards.
The PP rainwater collection tank project utilizes our independently developed PP modular rainwater units, which offer multiple inherent technical strengths and are ideally suited to meet the requirements of Sponge City development.
Moving forward, our project team will continue to advance the project in accordance with the construction schedule, guided by the objectives of "ensuring quality, maintaining schedule, and prioritizing safety." We will convene weekly progress coordination meetings to promptly resolve on-site issues, strengthen safety management through daily pre-shift safety inspections and regular emergency drills to prevent accidents, and provide regular progress reports with site photos to the client, ensuring full transparency and controllability throughout the project lifecycle.
